The NHL has suspended Alex Chiasson for one game for his crosscheck on Jimmy Vesey of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Before this move by the league, the expected Oilers lines were:
Neal – McDavid – Puljujarvi
RNH – Draisaitl – Yamamoto
Ennis – Khaira – Archibald
P. Russell – Haas – Chiasson
Nygard – Turris – Shore
It’s not yet known what Dominik Kahun’s status is, but he could go in for Chiasson, as good one of the fifth line players, Joakim Nygard, Kyle Turris or Devin Shore.
