A look at today’s Edmonton weather by Environment Canada.
What a lovely weekend! We got a decent amount of rain, which we needed desperately and Sunday was such a beautiful day. Sadly, no Mother’s day barbeque or fun time with extended family. We spent the day meeting over facetime and sending our love from the comfort of our own home. I for one hope we are nearing the end of cancelled family affairs. I think those are what I have missed the most.
We are in for a treat this week. It looks like we will have beautiful sunny skies and lovely temperatures all week. We should have lots of opportunities to get the kids, who are homeschooling for the next two weeks, out and enjoying some exercise.
If you are anything like me having the ability to get out and burn off some steam will likely be the key to survival! If you too are a parent attempting at-home learning and working from home know you aren’t alone. We can do this! Hopefully, this is the last time we have to do this. Remember, we don’t have to do it all and we don’t have to be perfect we just have to try.
