I’m excited to tell you that the heat warning has been lifted. We will be experiencing more seasonal temperatures for the next few days. We may even see some showers if we’re lucky! It seems that the smoke will be sticking around for some time and could be worse tomorrow.

Today we are expecting a high of 25 degrees and an overnight low of 15 degrees. There is a 60 per cent chance of late evening or overnight showers or thunderstorms.

Over the weekend temperatures continue to be a bit cooler. There is a 60 per cent chance of showers or thunderstorms on Saturday with a high of 23 degrees. On Sunday there will be mostly cloudy skies and a high of 24 degrees.

The smoke really will be the worst part of the next few days. I personally will enjoy the cooler temperatures and I’m hoping the forecast is right and we get some rain. We need it so badly!
