Sid, the Seagull would like to remind us we need to remember to be sun smart and

slip, slop, slap

. They’ve added a couple s’s to the list since I was a kid, slip, slop, slap, seek, slide,

but with a UV index of 6 or high today if you’re spending any time out in the sun do your skin a favour and take some precautions and take care.

That being said we will likely see some precipitation this weekend but we need the moisture, so bring it on! We can get our BBQ on before the rain comes.

Today even Environment Canada couldn’t say more that it’s going to be 17 degrees, sunny and put on your sunscreen. So get out there, enjoy!
