Currently, it’s -3 C at the Edmonton Blatchford weather station with 10 km winds out of the east, southeast contributing to a -7 wind chill.

Dare I say it?! Are we finally looking at the appearance of real spring?
I’m not going to say we won’t get another good dump of snow in April, but for now, it looks like we might be seeing the first signs that it might actually start to warm up, for good.
There is a soft skiff of snow on the deck this morning. Not much, just a little, and it won’t last long. The seven day forecast is calling for decent temperatures for the first time in a long time!
The daytime highs are all above zero or right at the freezing point. Maybe, just maybe, we’re going to turn the corner and all the snow will melt away.
