Edmonton Transit Services (ETS) has rolled out their revamped bus system that sees new direct, crosstown routes and more frequent bus service, as well as the closing of hundreds of former routes.
The city rolled out the new system Sunday. However, the changes had some people scratching their heads Monday morning as they were trying to find their way to or from work.
“I got screwed up,” said Yaa Boakye, who has been dreading the changes for a month. “I don’t think whoever (changed the routes) takes the bus.”
