Motorcyclist hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries following collision Friday afternoon

A motorcyclist was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries following a collision in northeast Edmonton.

At about 3:15 p.m. on Friday, Edmonton police responded to a collision involving a motorcycle and a Toyota Highlander at 153 Avenue and 82 Street.

The 35-year-old man driving the motorcycle was taken to hospital while the 52-year-old man driving the Highlander was not injured.

Investigators are looking for information from witnesses who may have seen the moments leading up to the crash and they are encouraged to contact police.
