Firefighters responded to reports of a fully involved structure fire at 9048 152 St. just after 3:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. Fire spokeswoman Sarah Jackson said crews arrived a few minutes later and extinguished the fire with the help of seven trucks. The blaze was deemed out at 4:21 p.m.

Jackson said there were no reports of injuries but confirmed ambulance crews attended the scene. She could not immediately say whether the fire damaged one or both units of the duplex.

There was also no word on how the fire started. The damage appears to have been heaviest near a carport at the back of the unit. A car also appeared to have suffered damaged.
