Two people taken to hospital after undisclosed police incident at King Edward Park home

Edmonton police responded to a home in the city’s King Edward Park neighbourhood Sunday morning after an undisclosed incident that sent two people to hospital.

Three police cruisers remained outside a cordon of police tape surrounding 7902 81 Avenue Sunday afternoon as the season’s first snowfall blanketed the city.

At around 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning, ambulance crews were called to the home and transported two patients in their thirties to hospital in serious but stable condition.

Postmedia reached out to Edmonton police for more information but did not receive a response.

The grey, one-storey house, with teal front steps and trim, sits on a corner lot across an alley from a daycare centre. A BMW and pickup truck were parked on the street in front of the house.
